On Ramp & Personal Training

Personal Training is often the fastest and most efficient way to achieve your goals. Working in a one on one format, our expert personal trainers will first assess movement and then create a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals.

While we take pride in our high degree of expertise and coaching at CrossFit 613, if you have a preference for coaching you may read all of our coaches bio's on the 'staff' page and select a specific coach of your preference.

We offer a variety of personal training plans ranging from single sessions to 24 sessions to help suit your needs. Packages may also be completed in small groups up to 4 individuals.

We encourage you to book as many sessions as possible with the same coach once you have purchased your sessions. This will ensure you are able to attend during the times that suit you best.

Once you have selected your first time slot, if you haven't already purchased a Personal Training Package or registered for our On Ramp Program you will be prompted to do so.

Introductory Consultation Free

Our Free 30 minute Introductory Consultation is the first step to getting started at CrossFit 613. You will sit down with our Head Coach to discuss your fitness goals, health history and training history to see if we area good fit to help you achieve your fitness goals.
