CrossFit classes are one hour in length and are comprised of mobility work, skill and strength development, followed by metabolic conditioning (WOD).

CrossFit 613 Open Gym

Open Gym time for athletes to work on specific lifts or skills.

CrossFit 613 Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting is an integral part of CrossFit; it is also the most technical and demanding. Our weightlifting class focuses on the snatch, clean and jerk, and accessory lifts and is designed to help you become efficient, and technically sound.

CrossFit 613 Test In Purchase required to enroll

Applies to CrossFit athletes who have completed an introductory course at a registered CrossFit affiliate, or who have been CrossFitting for a while and feel they are proficient enough to continue in regular group classes. Consists of a 1-hour practical evaluation of principle CrossFit movements and concepts. If you pass the test you will gain immediate access to the regular classes and your $50 fee will be applied to the membership of your choice.

CrossFit 613 Partner WOD

This one hour class is similar to our regular CrossFit class however workouts are slightly longer and completed in pairs.

Our mission with CrossFit Kids is simple: to help shape your child’s life long definition of health and fitness by pairing training and fun so that they will build habits to last a lifetime.

While fun and games are important, helping your child to move better is our goal. We will introduce them to proper technique in everyday functional movements, weightlifting as well as share the principles of Eat By Design. Their strength and self-esteem is sure to flourish.

CrossFit 613 Mobility & Gymnastics Foundations

An introduction to mobility and movement drills to increase the active range of motion in all tissues of the body.

Do you have trouble performing basic movements because you lack flexibility or range of motion in your joints? Are you or your technique suffering because you cannot get into the ideal position? Are these problems holding back your performance? Are you constantly dealing with nagging little injuries as a result?

"Mobility 101" will teach you how to increase your active range of motion so you can comfortably get into those positions, increase your performance and reduce your risk of injury.

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit 613 Teens is a program designed for 13-17 years old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness.

CrossFit 613 Endurance

The CrossFit endurance class is appropriate for all populations ranging from the recreational CrossFitter/Runner/Obstacle Course Participant to the competitive athlete looking to create a more robust and efficient aerobic system.

We have clear indicators that our body requires much more and different types of movement than are currently 'normal' for the average person.

Depending on your goals and objectives, each one of these areas can be tailored individually, but they form the basic foundations for optimal human movement, health and longevity.

Make sure you wear your gym clothes so you can get down on the floor and experience the Move By Design Mobility Program first hand.

On Ramp & Personal Training

Personal Training is often the fastest and most efficient way to achieve your goals. Working in a one on one format, our expert personal trainers will first assess movement and then create a personalized plan to help you achieve your goals.

While we take pride in our high degree of expertise and coaching at CrossFit 613, if you have a preference for coaching you may read all of our coaches bio's on the 'staff' page and select a specific coach of your preference.

We offer a variety of personal training plans ranging from single sessions to 24 sessions to help suit your needs. Packages may also be completed in small groups up to 4 individuals.

We encourage you to book as many sessions as possible with the same coach once you have purchased your sessions. This will ensure you are able to attend during the times that suit you best.

Once you have selected your first time slot, if you haven't already purchased a Personal Training Package or registered for our On Ramp Program you will be prompted to do so.

CrossFit 613 Kids Summer Camp CAD$147Purchase required to enroll

The CrossFit 613 Kids Summer Camp (ages 6-12) focuses on teaching the value of living a healthy lifestyle through practical exercise, games, and discussion.

Throughout the week, your child will be introduced to a variety of exercises including bodyweight movements, gymnastics, and introductory strength training exercises.

Each day will incorporate practical movement, WODs (workout of the day), discussions on how to live a healthy and happy lifestyle, and of course games to keep it fun and entertaining!

This is a half-day camp from 8am - 12noon each day.

CrossFit 613 Fall Lift Off CAD$5Purchase required to enroll

Welcome to the Second Annual CrossFit 613 Lift Off! This event will run similarly to an Olympic Lifting meet in which each athlete will have 3 attempts to perform their best snatch, followed by their best clean and jerk.

There will be 2 divisions: Performance & Function/Foundations. Please indicate which division you intend to participate in to a coach at the gym. It is best to participate in the division in which you typically would complete the daily workouts.

Prizes will be awarded to top male/female lifters in their respective category!
