Kids Spring Program

Our mission with 613 Kids (5-9 years) is simple: to help shape your child’s lifelong definition of health and fitness by pairing training and fun so that they will build habits to last a lifetime. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, the 613 Kids Program provides a fitness program that is safe, fun, and energetic. In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of injury.

This 10-week program begins on, Saturday, April 6th, and runs through Saturday, June 8th inclusive.

Sessions are held every Saturday from 9-10 am.

All sessions are 1 hour in length.
